The New York State Office of Victim Services (OVS) is seeking to identify gaps in and barriers to victim services and we need your help! Partnering with the Council of State Governments Justice Center, OVS is conducting a New York State Victim Service Provider Survey to learn directly from service providers about today’s most pressing short and long-term needs in your communities.
This survey is open to anyone who provides direct or indirect services to those impacted by harm and violence, including victim advocates, case managers, attorneys, social workers, hospital and medical providers, mental health professionals, administrators, and other allied professionals. Please share amongst your organizations and extended networks within New York State.
Individual responses are completely anonymous. Collective feedback will be used to help inform future victim services priorities to better serve victims of crime and their loved ones.
This survey should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
Printable Distribution Flyers are available to share within your organization and the New York State Victim Service Provider Survey will remain open until October 30th, 2023.
