The New York State Office of Victim Services (OVS) is thriled to announce that registration for the OVS 2023 Conference, Resilience: Redefining Victim Services in an Age of Uncertainty is now open!

The OVS Conference is a biennial statewide professional development conference for victim services advocates, providers, and allied professionals with varied levels of experience from all over New York State.
This year’s conference will be hosted in-person August 22-24, 2023 in Albany, NY and will feature presentations by Richard D. Smith, Kelly Jackson, Barbara Rubel, Dr. George Bonanno, as well as breakout session offerings from more than two dozen acclaimed professionals and victim advocacy experts from across the country.
